Let's start with the good things. The woman is not as ugly as the background. Now that we have got that covered... bad light, wrong setting and these poses ? you may want to shoot new photos. The blue carpet is also very unfitting.  The underwear is not sexy and the whole interior is mischosen. When the model is photographed in front of a white wall, it directly looks more professional. If you, although did not want to achieve that and wanted a look that is amateur you did a good job. Try shooting in a natural setting and you may achieve better looking photos.

good luck

These pictures aren't meant to be sexy or appealing. There meant for the use of artists in need of a reference, and for a 'professional look' you might not want the model to be wearing sexy underwear or something that only gets the attention of self centered males. Find some morals.

gook luck

1. Sexual attraction has nothing to do with moral demerit and even less with being self centered. It was a subjective analysis of what I thought to be a "I want to be a Model" Photography. "Pyjama-cake" already told me the intention of this photo.

2. For a 'professional look' I never refereed to what she is wearing but to the background which is clearly not professional studio setup. Concerning your statement though, Sex sells. And that in both ways. Good looking women and men, which has nothing to do with moral. Good looking clothes are also a symbol of profession.

3. I withdrew my statement because it is not art, but a tool to produce art. A very noble job which seems to help people. Nevertheless it could also be done more 'professional' looking.
Therefore the criticism.

4. I apologized for my cynicism.

Your comment is pretty much irrelevant to us for the reasons here .
Thanks for critiquing...but no thanks.
If you don't find these poses useful, please GTFO.

It seems you have already earned a lot of criticism.
Note that it is not ment to bully, but to inform and to learn from.
Sorry if you don't see it that way.
But "GTFO" ?
cute.

Said criticism is generally from people who use Deviantart like Instagram or don't understand our page's purpose.
I understand you may have thought this was an art piece, but it's not. Just a pose reference. On all our newer stock, we go into a little more detail to inform people that they are just poses for artists to use and get some inspiration from.

So yeah, if you don't find these poses useful, GTFO. But if you do find them handy, keep browsing.

We ask for no critique because our references are far from perfect.
And of course we ain't got no time for insults. Thumbs Up

You're funny.

First of all I hate Instagram, secondly I don't use criticism to insult somone. But of deviantART -->ART .. is a page to show art. How, or better why should I be thinking you wouldn't be doing the same as the rest of all Deviants ? You were the one who started insulting.

But now that I see that it's not art... oh well your poses are still shit.

First insult - initiated by you.

Please, do us all a favor and get over yourself. I've explained to you what this is and now you're butthurt. Let it go. It's over. Stop acting like a teenager.

Good luck with life as it seems you may need it.
