It's unbeliavable you've got so wide hips! Isn't this pick photoshoped or anything? They are really exceptional.
What are your measurements by the way?

Her hips are of normal measurements. She posted this picture in order to help other artists, not for people commenting on her appearance. You are drawing her pose not a portrait of herself.
If you wanted to comment on people's looks, go ahead and pick up a Vogue magazine.

Why are you focusing on just the hips?

Why shouldn't I? They are extraordinary. If I focused on her knees you wouldn't ask the question, would you? :)

The piece is about studying her anatomy in an artistic form, not commenting on her body.

Not all of the deviations are "art". Stock images are generally made to help create art, they are not art themselves though. Just a study. Therefore I can see no reason to "comment artistically" (whatever that does mean) on many of them.
And, if I may ask, what is the difference between "Lovin' the body shape" and "your hips are just great"? The second one is more straightforward, but they both mean exactly the same.
By the way, I recommend reading an essay about art on my profile, you can then see my point of view.

I think the human body is artistic.
And you could still comment on her anatomy, instead, pointing out how it would help and how lovely the stock is.
