Here's our very basic TOU for everyone.
For any questions, please leave a comment.

:bulletpink: Please do not reupload this stock anywhere in it's original form without a link back to its original page.

:bulletpink: Please do not claim as your own, please give credit where it is due. If our stock is used, please say so and a link back would be fantastic. If you tell us you’ve used it, we'll come and favourite it.

:bulletpink: You may upload your artwork based on our stock anywhere you want, as long as you provide proper credit. You may also use our stock in any art form you choose, excluding pornographic works (pornographic=anything beginning from full frontal nudity).

Pretty straight forward! If you are unclear on any of these points, just leave us a PM.

May I ask, if I was to reference your stock when drawing a base, and credit you on the page of the base, would it be necessary to link back to the stock from every image I created using the base, or would just linking to the base itself be permissible?

Credit on just the original base is fine. The rest is up to you.

When you say artwork based on your stock, can that include direct tracing of the image or freehand only? i make pixel art and "dollz" which is taking a pixel-line "mannequin" type base image and drawing on it, and I'd like to make bases traced from some of your poses. Let me know :) Thanks

Hi, you can trace or freehand it. It doesn't matter.

You don't specify if your stock can be used for commercial and/or printed purposes, such as being "traced" or rotoscoped as the base and embellished for the purposes of character portrayals in printed or PDF comic or game books, etc. What are your rules for these?

Hiya, all stock currently posted on this website can be used for commercial/printed purposes, which includes rotoscoping, AS LONG as credit is given.
That doesn't mean just not claiming it as your own, but also including a name and link to the original pose.
In the future we hope to clear up our TOU.

Hi there, thank you for your reply. That's a very generous "license" of you to allow, and I think anyone that appreciates the gesture for its scope would be happy to fully credit you for your kind permission to make use of your time and effort and creativity. I have done most of the art on a commercially sold PDF and printed tabletop supers RPG with someone else, using public domain or extremely low cost poses since we have essentially no budget, and may do more art for future projects like that, so resources like yours are extremely appreciated!

Hey there! I love what you're doing and I wish there were more stock-creators out there who are on your level. I don't really have a question about the TOUs themselves, but one thing that's been bugging me for a while is that you wrote "in it's original form without a link back to it's original page" instead of "in its original form without a link back to its original page." See, there's never an apostrophe in "its" unless you're using a contraction for "it is." So I'm requesting that you edit it when you get a chance. Thanks and keep up the wonderful poses!

P.S. Why yes, I did marry an English teacher. How did you know?

Oops, possessive and not contraction - my bad.
Sometimes I'm a grammar freak myself as I often proof-read in my spare time.
For example, you wrote "I don't really have a question the TOUs themselves" which also doesn't fall in line.

We have both failed English on Deviant Art.

that does not actually help, pinup is overly explicit by it's nature. let me rephrase, would this be permissible; tenchibaka.deviantart.com/art/… tenchibaka.deviantart.com/art/… would either of those sorts be alright?

I just want to triple check this, LOL.
Can I use your stock when doing art prints, which will be sold on my website?
I will use several stock-images at once for every drawing, so my work rarely looks even remotely close to the images, lol.

Credit will of course be given on my website, Facebook and here on DA ^^
